- Los Angeles Sign Language Services : Leah Ilan founded Sign Language Services, Inc. in 1980 to address the needs of communication access to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. She has worked in the field of deafness for over 35 years, and currently provides American Sign Language (ASL) classes to individuals in Los Angeles, San Gabriel, and Orange County.
